* Exchanges are only allowed for size changes under the following conditions: the product has not been worn, the tag and all original packaging are intact, it has not been washed, and there is no perfume or body odor.

* We strictly do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

* Our working hours and shipping schedule are Monday - Saturday, 10 AM - 6 PM. Orders placed before 5 PM will be shipped on the same day. Shipping is unavailable on Sundays, and National Holidays.
