• We can only process complaints with an unboxing video — To ensure we can assist you with any issues, please record a video while opening your package.
• Please note that size variations of approximately 2-3 cm may occur between different colors due to large-scale production, multiple tailors, and the handmade nature of our products.
• Color differences may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or fabric dyeing processes.
• For Off White color, we recommend wearing seamless, nude-toned undergarments for best coverage.
• If you experience any issues such as color discrepancies, incorrect items, or quality concerns, please contact us directly before leaving a review. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly.
• Exchanges are only allowed for size changes under the following conditions: the product has not been worn, the tag and all original packaging are intact, it has not been washed, and there is no perfume or body odor.
• We strictly do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
• Our working hours and shipping schedule are Monday - Saturday, 10 AM - 6 PM. Orders placed before 5 PM will be shipped on the same day. Shipping is unavailable on Sundays and National Holidays.

• Untuk warna Off White, disarankan menggunakan pakaian dalam seamless berwarna kulit agar hasil tampilan lebih optimal.
• Jika kamu mengalami masalah seperti perbedaan warna, produk yang tidak sesuai, atau kendala kualitas, harap hubungi kami langsung sebelum memberikan ulasan. Kami berkomitmen untuk menyelesaikan setiap keluhan dengan cepat.
• Penukaran hanya diperbolehkan untuk perubahan ukuran, dengan syarat: produk belum terpakai, tag dan kelengkapan produk masih ada, belum dicuci, serta tidak ada bau parfum atau bau badan.
• Kami strictly no refund! Tidak ada pengembalian dana dalam keadaan apa pun.
• Jam operasional dan pengiriman kami adalah Senin - Sabtu pukul 10.00 - 18.00. Pesanan yang diterima sebelum pukul 17.00 akan dikirim pada hari yang sama. Pengiriman tidak tersedia pada hari Minggu dan Hari Libur Nasional.
